It is the appropriately chaotic finale to the most amazingly chaotic year. Like most of the year, I didn’t plan for the year to end this way either. It has been an action packed week. Crazy doesn’t cut it. For everything to come together all at once was both overwhelming and exciting at the same time.
I have been travelling with the children and taking in the sights and smells of this beautiful heavenly place. The excotic welcome of fresh snow showers and in the morning wake up to white sheets of snow covered hills, trees and plains. I now know how it feels to see your dreams come true. I never thought I will ever witness this landscape. It truly is “Jannat” on Earth.

This out of body experience is what I wanted to share. To say goodbye to this unforgettable year and ready to welcome the new year. As we count the hours to the end, I kept thinking about wanting to say one last goodbye to 2020 with the readers of The Thinking Captain!
Even though we faced and overcame unimaginable challenges this year, there are things we can all be grateful for. I, the eternal optimist, want to end this year by counting my blessings. Ten fingers aren’t enough.
I look forward to seeing you on the other side. Season’s Greetings and a Happy New Year!!!
Until next year...@thethinkingcaptain
